Chef Fish is available to cater a large wedding reception or the intimate, upscale dinner party. “One of my favorite pastimes is teaching cooking classes. I really enjoy presenting techniques or cuisine to a small group.” Chef Fish has partnered with venues as a Guest Chef in Europe as well as the United States. Joseph is also dedicated to supporting philanthropic causes and often donates his time and expertize for charity events.
